Privacy Policy

Effective: September 1, 2026

Who We Are

Loud Stone Entertainment LLC (“Loud Stone,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent media and entertainment company based in New York City. This policy explains how information may be handled when you visit loudstoneentertainment.com or contact us through the site.

Information You Provide

When the direct Contact form is active, we may collect the information you choose to submit, including your name, email address, inquiry type, subject, and message. Contact submissions are intended to be delivered to Loud Stone by email and retained in a private business record until manually deleted.

If you join an email list on a Loud Stone or artist page, we collect your email address and the consent associated with that signup. Artist mailing lists may be used to send music, release, and concert updates. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email.

We do not currently offer public user accounts or paid transactions through the main Loud Stone website.

Analytics and Cookies

We plan to use Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and improve the site. Non-essential analytics will load only after a visitor gives consent through our cookie banner. Visitors may decline analytics and may reopen Cookie Preferences from the footer.

Essential technical storage may still be used when necessary for security, site operation, and remembering privacy choices.

Security and Spam Prevention

The Contact form is designed to use Cloudflare Turnstile for CAPTCHA and abuse prevention. Cloudflare may process technical information needed to determine whether a request appears legitimate. Contact records will be stored through a private service when that backend is configured.

Instagram and Embedded Media

The homepage may display recent posts from the official Loud Stone Entertainment Instagram account through Instagram’s professional-account API. The site also contains links to third-party services and may embed media from services such as YouTube or Vimeo. Those providers may process information under their own privacy policies when their services are loaded or visited.

Email Newsletters

Newsletter forms are provided through EmailOctopus. When you subscribe, EmailOctopus processes your email address and related signup information on our behalf. We use that information only for the updates described at the point of signup and do not sell it.

How We Use Information

Information may be used to respond to inquiries, maintain business correspondence, secure the site, understand site performance with consent, and operate or improve Loud Stone’s website and productions.

We do not sell personal information collected through this website.

Retention

Contact submissions are retained until manually deleted unless a shorter retention period is required by law, needed to resolve a request, or appropriate for security. We may delete records when they are no longer reasonably useful for legitimate business purposes.

Children’s Privacy

This is a general-audience company website. Loud Stone develops both mature and family-friendly entertainment, but this website is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13 through the general Contact form. If we learn that we have collected such information without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Your Choices and Requests

You may ask questions about information you have submitted, request correction or deletion where applicable, unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any newsletter, or change your analytics preference through Cookie Preferences. Rights may vary based on applicable law.

Contact

Privacy questions and requests may be sent to hello@loudstoneentertainment.com.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the website, its services, or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when the policy is materially updated.
